Divide a fraction without using multiplication and division operators?
All tutorials teach how to divide using subtraction. They leave a
remainder and a quotient. How do you divide the remainder to get a decimal
or fractional part WITHOUT using / or * operators ?
eg. 11/3 = 3 and 2/3. Divide 2 by 3 without using the above operators.
